Founder’s Welcome<\/h1>\n

\"DennisGreetings,<\/pee>It is my privilege to welcome you to our Inaugural Tech Inclusion Conference 2021 which is scheduled to take place over two-week period from March 15-19 & March 23 \u2013 25. This year’s theme is \u201cInclusion Leads to Innovation.\u201d<\/em> The conference will afford organizations the opportunity to explore tools and resources necessary to build a diverse workforce and remain competitive on the global stage. The conference will have over 80 speakers who will discuss a variety of different topics all related to our ever-changing workplace. It is important to recognize that learning leads to growth and growth is essential for change.<\/pee>The Pre-Conference will kick off with our Belonging Certification<\/b>, Certified Inclusive Leadership Certification<\/b> and Racial Justice Institute Certification<\/b>. The dates of these classes are March 15-17 & March 17-19<\/b>. Here is a link with additional information, BC<\/a><\/u><\/b> | CILC<\/a><\/u><\/b> | RJIC<\/a><\/u><\/b>. Each class is for 2.5 days.<\/pee>The Conference will start on March 23 with the day dedicated to training. There is a menu of options to select from for training. Each training is for 6 hours. Day two & three of the conference will have concurrent sessions throughout the day with 4-5 breakout sessions.<\/pee>In closing, I would like to thank our sponsors for their support.
