Founder's Welcome
Greetings,
It is my privilege to welcome you to our Inaugural Tech Inclusion Conference 2021 which is scheduled to take place over two-week period from March 15-19 & March 23 – 25. This year's theme is “Inclusion Leads to Innovation.” The conference will afford organizations the opportunity to explore tools and resources necessary to build a diverse workforce and remain competitive on the global stage. The conference will have over 80 speakers who will discuss a variety of different topics all related to our ever-changing workplace. It is important to recognize that learning leads to growth and growth is essential for change.
The Pre-Conference will kick off with our Belonging Certification, Certified Inclusive Leadership Certification and Racial Justice Institute Certification. The dates of these classes are March 15-17 & March 17-19. Here is a link with additional information, BC | CILC | RJIC. Each class is for 2.5 days.
The Conference will start on March 23 with the day dedicated to training. There is a menu of options to select from for training. Each training is for 6 hours. Day two & three of the conference will have concurrent sessions throughout the day with 4-5 breakout sessions.
